Recommended Care
- Place the pacifier in a bowl, and pour boiling water overtop.
- Let sit for 3-5 minutes. Do not submerge for longer than 5 minutes.
- Remove and place on a flat surface to air dry.
- Do not use sterilizers, microwaves, or dishwashers.
- For optimal safety and hygiene, we recommend discarding your pacifier after 1-2 months of consistent use.
- Check your pacifier before use, and discard at first signs of damage or wear.
- Natural rubber pacifier nipples may expand with use.

How long does it take to process orders?
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. If your order is placed after 3pm on a Friday, it will ship Monday unless otherwise noted.
Do you accept returns?
You have 30 days to make a return for your item(s) starting from the day you received it. You are responsible to pay for shipping back to us, however if you are local to Cincinnati you can always make an in-store return. Items must have the tags attached.
Do you offer store pick up?
Yes! You have the option to select store pick up at checkout.
